Dive deep into your inner landscape through a transformative week of Kundalini Yoga. Experience your True Self and cultivate love and compassion. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is a dynamic, powerful practice that brings balance to the Body, Mind and Soul. The five-day camp will explore Anahata Chakra – the heart chakra – through breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, mantra, and relaxation. We will harness our physical, mental, and emotional energies and direct them to benefit our Heart and Soul. We will celebrate our innate capacity for connection, kindness, and love in our lives. Each class will end with a live music relaxation. Hope you can join us!
