Treat yourself to an afternoon of bliss before the holidays. Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, is an ancient practice that brings you to the deepest level of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The workshop will begin with gentle yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to warm the body and release tension. You'll then be guided to relax into the blissful practice of yoga nidra. Visualization cues and affirmations will create an environment for deep healing of body, mind, and spirit. At the end of the workshop, you will wake from this amazing experience feeling revitalized and renewed.
