Fall is a wonderful time to turn inward and reflect. Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice of letting go. Join us for a relaxing and deep afternoon of release, self-reflection, and renewal. We will breathe and soften and explore simply being in the present moment. In Yin, we settle into each posture and let gravity and time do the work for us. We practice stillness and learn to surrender. Through the experience, the body, mind, and spirit receive a deep cleansing. There will be periods of meditation and self-reflection throughout the afternoon, and the retreat will end with savasana, a nourishing period of deep relaxation.
Level: Perfect for students of all levels, including beginners.
