Mindful Vinyasa is a slow-paced flow class with an emphasis on mindfulness, breath, and alignment. Classes begin with a short meditation and breathwork and then move into a gentle, steady flow of breath-synchronized movements and yoga postures (asanas). The practice fosters stability, strength, flexibility, and the graceful release of physical and emotional tension. By connecting the breath with movement and interweaving mindfulness throughout the practice, this “moving meditation” brings balance, harmony, and healing to the mind, body, and spirit. Each class ends with a period of deep relaxation and integration (savasana). All are welcome.
