Prem Sadasivananda is a direct and long-term disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, the disciple of the renowned Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh, India. He began his spiritual journey in service as a sannyasin (monk) for 24 years in the Sivananda Organization, teaching Yoga Teacher Trainings in Sivananda ashrams worldwide. As a scholar of Vedantic Philosophy, Hindu Scripture, and Sanskrit, Prem is well-known for his lively, humorous talks and his unique ability to bring the ancient Yogic texts to life in the modern world. As a trained musician, Prem performs uplifting, thought-provoking, and inspiring Satsangs and Kirtan (chanting).
