Power Vinyasa is a dynamic and invigorating class that is perfect for experienced yoga students. The class is a powerful, flowing journey of movement linked with breath. The breath is focused and deep as you tap into your life force (prana) and flow through forward bends, backbends, twists, and lateral poses (asanas). You will also hold postures, creating a challenge for the body and mind. Power Vinyasa will bring you to your personal edge. Can you meet yourself with strength, grace, and an open heart? The class ends with relaxation (savanasa) to rest and integrate body, mind, and spirit. Previous yoga experience is very helpful.
