Pregnancy is a time of tremendous growth and change, both physically and emotionally. It is a time to nourish yourself and your growing baby. Join us for this winter prenatal series to cultivate the breath, stamina, and courage in preparation for birth. Each weekly class will integrate breathing techniques, warm-ups, core strengthening postures, relaxation, and meditation. The class will meet you wherever you are in your journey, whether you are new to yoga or have a previous practice. You will enjoy the many benefits of prenatal yoga including stress relief, reduced nausea, reduced inflammation, increased stamina and strength, as well as increased bonding and compassion. This series is a wonderful opportuntiy to gather with other pregnant women and share your joys and concerns. It is a time for essential self-care. Hope to see you there!
The class will run from January 5th through March 30th. You may sign up for 12, 8, or 4 weeks or drop in, whatever works best for you during your pregnancy.
