Radiance Flow Yoga is an empowering and actively awakening vinyasa yoga class. Join us to nourish the soul, strengthen the body, and focus the mind. We start the practice by unifying mind to breath and breath to body, followed by warmups for the spine, deep core work, and dynamic posture sequences to bring forth balance on all levels. Throughout the class, you can expect an emphasis on breath and its relationship to the body in motion. You will awaken and circulate the life force energy that lies within.
