Social Meditation

Every Monday, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Social Meditation is an inspiring practice that guides us in developing a culture of “nowness” and a space to relate authentically with one another. Together, we explore what it feels like to speak and listen from our present moment experience. We practice communicating with bravery and vulnerability so that we can bring these qualities into our daily lives and experience our individual and collective goodness as a society. Each gathering includes sitting meditation, Social Meditation, and tea and conversation. Participants of all ages, backgrounds, and spiritual traditions are welcome.
