Spring is a wonderful time to tune in to what our body, heart, and mind need. Yoga gives us the space to explore how we are feeling, to release tension, and to cultivate prana, our life force. In this afternoon retreat, we will enjoy gentle yoga, spacious breathing, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. The practices will nourish and replenish us. Hope to see you there!
