Celebrate summer! Join us for a beautiful evening of yoga, meditation, chanting, and relaxation. We will breathe deeply and move through gentle, warming yoga flows to release tension and stress. Chanting will inspire and uplift us. The evening will end with a nourishing deep relaxation. Hope to see you there!
