Five Wednesdays, February 6-March 6, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The healing circle is an opportunity for women to gather for peace, compassion, and practice. The series is for women who are enduring illnesses and who are seeking connection and healing of the mind, body, and soul. Illnesses might include autoimmune, chronic, mental, and mystery/undiagnosed illnesses, Lyme Disease, and cancer, among others. Each week, we will come together to practice gentle restorative yoga postures (asanas), calming breathwork exercises, chakra and energy realignment, and meditation and contemplation. These practices will help us to collectively release emotional burdens and physical blockages and unearth a deeper sense of peace, acceptance, understanding, and self-compassion. The circle provides a nourishing and sacred space for personal growth, sharing, healing, and friendship.
Level: women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary
