Join a supportive circle of women for a heart-opening journey into Acceptance. Come as you are. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness as taught by Yoga Bhajan. It is an inspiring and nourishing practice. Over the course of six weeks, we will awaken and strengthen the Muladhara (Root) and Anahata (Heart) Chakras. The Root Chakra is our base, our stability, our connection to our instinctual Self. The Heart Chakra bridges our relationship with others and inspires compassion and love. Through breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, and mantra, we experience our relationship with Acceptance, Connection and Joy at all levels. Every class will include time for sharing/conversation, expressive arts - painting, drawing, writing, dancing - and deep relaxation. Hope to see you there!
