Women's Kundalini Circle

with Rachel Nixon, Kundalini Yoga Instructor
Wednesdays, February 28-April 4, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The women's circle is a sacred space for sharing, growth, and friendship. We practice Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It is a joyful and invigorating practice. Everyone can do it.

The theme for the upcoming series is flexibility. Through physical practices called kriyas and focused periods of meditation, we will explore flexibility of body, mind, and spirit. We will move, breathe, and explore stillness. We will reflect on questions such as: When do I feel adaptable and open in my life? In what ways am I rigid in my relationship with myself and others? Join us for yoga, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and expressive arts that inspire flexibility and an open heart.
