This January, join a beautiful circle of women for a journey into the heart. Tune in, breathe, and listen deeply. Nourish yourself. In this healing three-week series, we will feed the Heart Chakra through pranayama, mantra, and meditation. We will practice the Meditation to Arouse Mercy & Compassion to illuminate the divine qualities of our heart. We will explore physical exercises called kriyas to balance and energize the whole system. Each class will provide ample time for deep rest and restorative relaxation. The environment will be one of tender and loving care for ourselves and each other.
Level: Women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary.
