with Rachel Nixon & Robin Lane
Saturday, March 16, 2-5 p.m.
Join us for an delightful afternoon of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the healing sounds of live cello. The afternoon will open with a guided meditation into the heart center. Inspired by the rhythms of the breath and soothing cello vibrations, we will move into gentle yoga postures and flowing movements to warm the body. We will relax into our hearts and our bodies, with self-love and compassion. The retreat will include a spacious period of quiet, nourishing yoga postures that allow the body to let go and relax into deep peace. The combination of gentle yoga and therapeutic sound will open up space in our hearts, minds, and bodies. Ending with a long period of relaxation, the retreat will restore balance at all levels. Come as you are and let go into the healing environment.
Level: Everyone is welcome, including beginners.
