Experience the joy and nourishment of movement and deep relaxation. This class will begin with an all levels yoga flow followed by deeply restorative postures to help you settle into BEing. Yoga and relaxation allow us to tune into ourselves and let go of the stress, chatter, and worries in our minds. When we settle into deep rest, we switch from “fight or flight” response into “rest and restore”. With most of us living in a constant state of DOing, it’s now even more imperative to carve out some time for self-care and self-awareness. We will weave breathwork, chanting, and meditation throughout the practice.
