Kelsea Anderson

Kelsea’s yoga journey began in 2012 after a long career as a soccer player. Yoga helped her heal multiple injuries, as well as providing tremendous emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits. Kelsea trained to be a certified yoga teacher with The School of Sacred Arts in Bali in 2015, focusing on the styles of Hatha and Yin Yoga. She has since taught at various health festivals and retreats around the world. Kelsea’s classes offer an invitation to slow down and explore the body through both movement and stillness. She is happy to land and settle in midcoast Maine where she also feels alive in her role as a Forest Therapy Guide, health coach, and documentary filmmaker.
