Susie Barnes

Susie brings a spark and joy to her classes. She holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certificate from Wicked Good Yoga in Wiscasset. Susie's training and expertise lies in Power Vinyasa, as inspired by Baron Baptiste. As a classically trained dancer, she brings a strong knowledge of movement and alignment to her classes. Susie understands first-hand what stress can do to our bodies; she was a chef and restaurant owner for 8 years and has been a clinical massage therapist for the past 15 years. As a yoga teacher, Susie's goal is to help students release stress by reclaiming their breath and allowing their mind to focus on the flowing movement. She hopes students will find creativity and open up to new possibilities in her classes.
